Sarah Caldwell
LMFT
Sarah became a therapist in 2017, starting as an Associate/Intern at Dominican University. Prior to this, she volunteered and worked with women in domestic violence situations, adults on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, and survivors of sexual assault during her first practicum. Sarah became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2023 and has eight years of experience in the therapy field.
Sarah uses different evidenced based models and techniques such as CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, Informed Internal Family Systems, Flash Technique, art expressions and Somatic approach. Sarah believes that with support, and awareness of needs, we can all get back to a whole and authentic Self.
Currently, Sarah enjoys volunteering with animals, participating in outdoor activities such as mountain biking and tennis, and spending time with friends and family. She is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to her community in this way!
